The .icl-file is a library containing the icons. You should be able to open it with any icon-editor.

Hm, AFAIK You can also create 24bit PNG's with PSP, which don't work with DX. Be sure You save them 32bit.

I always keep a copy of the old version. You can go back by simply copying the old .exe or hust re-installing. Version 0.7 was the one for me, too. No problems with it.

I purchased Axialis Icon Workshop (Corporate) and I must say that money was invested very good. The batch/mass-conversion options are unbeatable. And the editing too, of course. And the support seems to be very good. Sent an e-mail, got answer one day later.

You need Window blinds to do that, not Web blinds. if You have Windowblinds installed, You can chose Ob to use the current skin.
