No I don't colonize anything less then 15. And yea I do use the tax slider to help moral but I have to keep lowering it and lowering it until it seems that it's at 0% taxes and my moral is still only like 10-20%. Also yea there are several times that I get to negative BC but I never let it go below 500. It just like 100-200 below. I just can't figure out the whole moral thing.

Need Help in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

I just dnlded GalCiv Beta from drengin.net. And I'm have a lot of trouble. At the start things going okie as I expand and colonize but after a while everything goes downhill. For some reason my morale goes down the hill. It seems the more colonies I get the less morale I have. Until my population starts declining to nothing. Even building all the morale boosting facilities doesn't seem to work. :( Can anyone help? Also where can I find the manual?
