Bump. This problem still happens on 1.12. The start menu will repeatedly flash and hide itself, not allowing any user interaction. The context menu also remains activated. Besides that issue, hovering over the context menu for Restart, Sleep, etc.. and hitting the Start menu button on the keyboard does not dismiss the existing context menu. Please fix these issues.
