Winamp 3x and 5x support .tga files which allowes good transparency. Version 2x only accepts 'magic' pink for the transparency.

I dont think that font exsist. Most likely the letters were design specifically for the ASUS logo.

A97??? As for your question. Is the emblem sort of a logo? If it is and it is the only feature/image of your theme that will be shared with his/her skin, then it's ok.

In the case of DX Themes, scripts can be borrowed/tweaked (permission included would be appreciated) since not many authors can write the scripts, but the visual graphics HAS to be 100% original work of the author. BTW, we are eight days away from the first day of submission (Sep 30, 2005)
