applying a winstep xtreme theme in Beginners WinCustomize Forums

Hi guys, new guy here. Have been running Winstep dock for a while and only using the default stuff that is included. So i decided today that i was going to download a custom theme. chose to download the LightTech theme which has its own executable file. upon running it, it changes the theme on the dock but not in windows. following the how to tuto
