After purchasing my latest suite (Carbonix) was was peaved to get multiple e-mails requesting a trade with me. I politely declined the request and then blocked the e-mail address. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that even if it's not legal (which it isn't) it is at least unethical. These are suites that we purchase for the sake of supporting those who spend the hours to keep this market advancing. If you supposedly don't have the $$ for the suite, hold off on McDonald's a c

I like something abstract, and yet intense with texture and graphics . . . Josh Martin (Queezendorf) puts out a real good example of what I like on a consistent basis. However, I've seen that come from many other artists here at WC . . . every once in awhile I'll find something I like in that vein over at DevaintArt. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle" ALT="Po

yeah . . . I'm wondering if I upgrade my video card to a GeForce4 that would make the difference . . . not that my life is dependent on running Windows FX but rather if the programs that Stardock are releasing are going to consistently need a better Card, I would think of going that route as opposed to waiting another 2 years before I buy my next Laptop (I'm trying to hold off until Longhorn is released). <img

EventHorizon, I am with you. One of the reasons that I like this site is it's dedication to art that the whole family can enjoy. Now I'm not saying that there's anything pornographic or anything that children might not have seen at the beach either. But what I am saying is that just because the beach is out there doesn't mean that it needs to be in this website. Drugs are out in their schools (obviously not in a day-care but definitely in middle and high-school) so why don't we post marijuan

I get a little grumpy when I try and run Windows FX. I have a P3 1.3 processor with a 32meg GeForce3 video card. I have 512 ram and yet when I run Windows FX, EVERYTHING goes at sloth speed. I hardly ever use it before. It sort of stinks that you can't use a program on a computer that was purchased 14 months ago. Guess I need to upgrade already. By the way, it's not my ram that slows me down . . . according to Sysmetrix, my CPU maxes out when I do anything when Windows FX is up and running

I have never, to the best of my knowledge, posted anything negative . . . and I do intend to keep it that way . . . sort of. I was really impressed with the screenshot of these 5 skins and also glad with the price. Don't get me wrong, I have no problems supporting the work of those involved (I have purchased the WC Subscription, Object Desktop, Cursor XP, a couple other skin suites, etc.). I do feel that a workman is worthy of his hire. As of yet, I haven't even began to take the time to lea

I'm just mad they beat the Lakers . . . it was a sad day . . . I do hope they win this year, though . . . they are definitely the best team in the league

I like three forums . . . well, not necessarily the three forums as much as the topical breakdown. The three suggested are good and seem to cover the bases in a genearl way, which is probably what the aim is all about. You have my support.

I have no children . . . yet. My wife and I have only been married 3 years and plan on having them in the future but none are on the way presently. I love the TOON XP suite. It's not that I necessarily like the childish theme as much as I appreciate hard work and good work. I don't feel any bit like a child because I like TOON XP. I appreciate the quality of the suite . . . Mormegil and those who worked with him put out something where EVERY bit of it is at a top-level rating. Not many sui

I have a couple things to say: 1. He's President, we're not . . . we put him in office whether each of us specifically voted for him or not . . . we MUST trust His leadership. No matter how much we think we know about everything surrounding the situation in Iraq, our President and his intelligence know more than we do. 2. Prayer changes things. I'm a firm believer that God holds the world in His Hand and He knows exactly what's going on. Belief and faith in Jesus Christ and the a
