SLI + Vista = bork. Heres to hoping that nVidia gets some better drivers out soon... I'd love some of the 'old' functionality back.

Make sure, in your DesktopX config, its not set to hide your icons. It works fine here
Yay, victory by 11 seconds! (Longer post too.... )
WB is the shortened abbrieviation for WindowBlinds.
Update them, its the better thing to do.
You can get the music off, no problem. All the files are in hidden folders... if you have an app that'll snag all the mp3's out of them. I use mp3tag to do it. The next hitch is, of course, the convoluted naming sequence that iTunes gives your muzac. Also manageable! Heres the process I use: First, I copy all the folders off the iPod. The folders themselves, not just the files (no mp3tag yet). The reason why we're doing this, and not just getting
The functionality is there, but I dont know how to register hotkeys... what are the codes for the keys? Yes, the docs say HOW to do it, but I dont know how to figure out what each key's code is.
The newest version of DX doesnt crash in a way that nukes your script data. The most you'll lose is your 'latest' changes if it crashes on apply.
Share the wealth, bruthah! This could be beneficial, but its definitely an interesting setup. Interesting choice of names...
Not a glitch. Its just not possible, unfortunately.
UAC is definitely a little over-active in alot of cases, especially for a 'power user'. However, for everyday stuff such as chatting, gaming, skinning, its not a problem. I dont even really see it that often, although getting this rig up and going how I want it has me still installing stuff. Personally, I think it will make itself worth its 'annoyance' as soon as I start getting attacks that its blocking. I'm willing to keep it enabled for awhile... its really not that bi

For a downloaded docklet, or the default one?
Is this for ObjectDock, IconPackager, or what?
Can't wait for SkinStudio, I've got an itchy skinning finger *warns small animals away from Fuzzy's house*
Oh man, now THAT would be nice! I support this as well... would be nice for up here in Canada...
The reboots are important, btw.
Yrag, is there a setting in ID to tell it NOT to restore file associations on launch? Or not to restore that one?
I'd rather not say in here Neil...the next thing ya know I'll get less than no support. Dude.... wow. Do you seriously have that LOW of a view of Stardock? That they actually go out of their way to NOT offer support to certain people? Might want to rethink that... 'cause I, and many others, know that this is NOT the case. In fact, I've got a bug to go report right now. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/Wink.gif" bord
Bichur, in FF's options, you can tell it what to do with certain filetypes. You can just change the setting back to 'ask me everytime' in there.
XX, I havent seen that bug in a long time... 6-8 months. Are you using the latest beta of DesktopX?
Just out of curiousity, Web, have you emailed them again? Brought it up in IRC? A little reminder in private goes a long way... likely better than a public 'proclamation of inefficiency'.
Neither account has been disabled/banned/exciled/whatever. Your complaints about the 'communism' of the forums and of Stardock is poorly-placed, and ill-advised. I am forced to remind you that, since this is a private website, your 'right' to speak is not a right. It is a privilege, and will be taken away if abused.
Who's the other fellow with the apparently disabled account? I'd like to take a look.
Your former user has not been banned. I'm looking at that account right now, and it still shows Citizen, not Visitor or Exile. I must say though... you're getting closer to them.
