HOW DO I MAKE "GLOBE" ICONS??? in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I'm trying to make Globe Icons for Object dock (using AXIALIS ICON WORKSHOP) but I can't find a good way to make the icons a circle except start coloring slowly around them with transparent color... Any Ideas? thanks
