I was just going to report this. Here is some additional information. The Winter Wind spell is a skill learned by 2 heroes Korthox the Ice Lord and Drogon the Dwarf. It is designed to move Korthox the Ice Lord or Drogon the Dwarf to an arctic tile. However, if you have recruited both it will only target Drogon the Dwarf, you cannot target Korthox the Ice Lord.

How do I add the save file? I will do it if you let me know how to.
If you build an elemental shrine after summoning an elemental of matching attributes, its level does not raise. For example if I summon a level 3 ice elemental and then build a water shire the elemental doesn't gain a level but if I were to re-summon it, it would be in level 4. Is this intentional?
The hero Bibiyana’s skill Demonic Ally is unaffected by equipping a Ring of the Calling, shouldn’t that ring raise the summoned demon’s level by one?
The end of the Assassin’s Blade Quest can be triggered by any treasure square, not just the specific one that started the Quest.
Sometimes circles of magic, which surround heroes with several spells cast on them, stay on the map after the hero moves along the map to a new location.
Trade caravans continue to operate from the capital settlement taken over from an enemy faction. Should they continue operate, even if I don’t have a trade agreement with the 3 rd party sovereign?
In a final settlement battle against a custom faction the Sovereign did not fight in the battle but I still got the Empire Destroyed message. Furthermore, after the Empire Destroyed icon appeared there was one unit in the field from the destroyed empire and on the right side menu, the one that lets you know of new developments, I received a message that I had trained that unit, which was an enemy unit. I suspect the settlement was a turn away from train
Enemy Heroes can’t seem to use the First Aid spell (shouldn’t this really be a skill?) They seem to try to use it, but it fails.
The Ironeers range units always use their special, even when it doesn’t make sense to do so.
The following enemies have no description (I love the in game descriptions, they make it feel as if Elemental has a rich history) Obsidian Legion Malayon Devilman Varkona (a dog from a Quest) Wisp Hergon Hergon Sow Gilden Lion Free Rider Sentry (from Assassin’s Blade Quest) Shop Keeper (from Assassin’s Blade Quest) Free Rider Skirmisher (from Assassin’s Blade
The Remnants of Inferno square cannot be accessed even after beating Delin Pyre of Man
Near the end of the game I have received the message that I have killed a hero in battle (on the victory screen the hero did not receive an injury, but instead under their icon it reads “killed,” however, they are still alive.
Several times I conquered a settlement that had buildings from the settlement surround a resource, but I could not develop (build) that surrounded resource. Examples include: clay pit, crystal crag and fruit grove.
On DLC06 Tactical Maps enemy units can go beyond the boundary of where player controlled units can move. As a result they can only be killed by ranged units or magic. Melee units cannot reach them.
Trog archers appear in Yithril settlements under attack. Yithril can’t train archers, should these archers be replaced with militia? I suspect this would true of any created fiction with the weakness "no ranged weapons"
The Arctic Wolf Cloak equips in the armor slot. All other cloaks seem to equip in one of the accessory slots. I hope that the Arctic Wolf Cloak becomes an accessory, otherwise its defense is too low to use as armor, even with the cold protection.
I saw the event that unlocks the Escape Spell twice in one game.
If you don't start the game with Varda the Slayer but find her statue, and activate the quest, the first screen says she is from Tarth. Once you recruit her and click to view her details the information provided says she is from Gilden. So where is really from? I'm nitpicking, I know, but wasn't sure if you wanted to know this.
The faction Ceresa's Legacy declared war on me. I defeated them but the quest "Ceresa's Legacy: Declaration of War" is still open. Should it have closed?
There are 2 different recipes for making the Hailstone Staff. Was that intentional?
If you defeat the Imperial faction you get 3 scrolls for the Avenger's Blade, Avenger's Axe and Avenger's Long Bow. At the reward screen at the end of the battle none of these scrolls have descriptions. Additionally in the crafting screen the description for the Avenger's Long Bow reads "Avenger's Axe"
Ifris the Engulfed is a hero, but he cannot equip any weapons. Is this a bug?
Ifris the Engulfed is a hero, but he cannot equip any weapons. Is this a mistake?
