I've got Trinity. But how do I get a discount for Rebellion? in Sins of a Solar Empire Sins Forums

I'd like to buy Rebellion, and I will only buy it if it works through Steam. Here is the official purchase page. If I click on "purchase through Steam" (Which is what I really want to do), I then cannot get my discount.
