Dear Support Team, I hope you are doing well. I am currently using Fences 4 and would like to ask a few questions regarding its behavior and the upgrade options. 1. Consistent Folder View Settings While using Fences 4, I am having trouble with folder view consistency. I would like all Fences folders to use the “Details / List” view, but even if I set the parent folder to Details view, the subfolders remain in the “Medium Icons” view.

• Thank you very much. I was aware of this page, but since it said “update,” I assumed it wasn’t an installer. It looks like I can proceed, so I’ll give it a try. • And one more question while I’m at it. My Windows PC broke, and Fences 3 was installed on that machine. Is it possible to install Fences 3 on my new Windows PC?

Due to the security restrictions on my company PC, I’m unable to update Fences 4.23 from within the app. Is it possible to download the installer for Fences 4.23? Moved to Fences area

Hello, Stardock, I am currently using Fences 4.0. One major issue with this version is that whenever I change something—such as renaming a folder—the display style of all subfolders resets to the default. As a result, I have to repeatedly change the display style back to my preferred settings, which wastes a lot of time. Regarding Fences 6: Does the display style of a parent folder automatically apply to its subfolders? Is it possible

Hi Basj, Thank you for your kindly reply. I got it. I am a little disappointed, but please improve the functionality. Thanks. Br, HK

Hi Stardock members, please tell me. -If you fence a folder and there are many subfolders, is there a way to apply the same viewing rules to all of them? I want to display all folders in detail, but every time I create a new folder, it becomes a medium icon. -The title bar can be automatically positioned on the desktop to some extent by the grid layout, but in rare cases you may not ask why. I want to arrange everything neatly at regular intervals, what should I do?</p
