Admin account. I even set security manually for start 10 last night for creator and system admin rights. Trying about everything. I am part of the Insider program and 1 and a half weeks ago, I installed the new creator updates again to the version of 10 from my first post. Thats when the problem started. Ok, did as requested. The clicking of the "windows 10 menu" function works now just fine, I can click that and the original windows 10 startmenu will display, I can then use the power button to turn off and restart with no problem. But the Start 10 power option still does not work. No matter what I click, "shut down, Restart" the mouse just snaps to the center of the screen. I probably should mention I have object desktop, But its not running. Only thing I am using is the Start 10 and W

When I click the shutdown or restart, the mouse just pops in the center of the screen and nothing happens. The link on the start 10 menu where you click "windows 10 menu" only works sometimes.
