I thought it had been added when I renewed my subscription according to the post on v 2.12... but no all that's been done is to allow the shortcuts to not be sorted by any criteria "none". They still jump around like freaking jumping jacks and quite frankly a damned fence should be MORE functional than the desktop. On the desktop I can put my icons where I want, and they stay there. The normal taskbar for each program in Windows 7/8 has two "context menus" --> Normal Right Click: Task List context menu. --> Shift+Right Click: Window Control (Min/Max/Restore) Options.
