Unfortunately, it's a 'clean install' of Windows 7 32-bit and Microsoft no longer supports it with updates through the Windows Update function. There must be some way to update the root certificates on the computer short of the Microsoft routines???? Thank you for this information. I'll await your response, but in the meantime try to find a way to update the root certificates without the help of Windows Update. I think this is also the source of a LOT the trouble I'm having with

Installed Multiplicity on my laptop with a fresh install of Windows 7, then after installing all the drivers, installed Multiplicity. However, instead of running, when I attempt to run the program, it goes to the Stardock Multiplicity website.
