Basj I tried the cleanboot approach but failed to create a user. This is a corporate controlled laptop and I think I am prevented from creating users. Is there anything else I can try? I have been without Groupy for a couple of weeks now and am realising how useful an application it is.

Basj, I hope this is the information required. The interesting thing is that Groupy had been working on this machine up to the middle of last week. At least that's when I recall noticing the application was not active. Windows version Groupy version 1.4.9.1 <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/55/80/5580488/1e130149-5

Tried that, Basj, but with no success. I can see Groupy is installed and when I run it I get the splash screen But after I click the close the configuration screen very briefly flashes up and then closes immediately. Do I need to run groupy as an administrator?

Hi I have a similar issue. I have been running Groupy for a long time and now it has stopped. I see, momentarily the configuration screen and then it disappears and Groupy is not running when I look in the task manager. I really miss the application and would like to get it back up and running. Regards David
