Windows Updates completed? You said you updated your drivers, did that include video, audio, motherboard? Have you tried an un/reinstall? You can also try deleting the C:\Users\ComputerName\Documents\My Games\GalCiv3 folder, sometimes that helps. Do you use a lot of custom ship designs or anything?

I could declare war on any of the other races, just not the Drengin (after waiting 100 turns to be sure).
Not just the Iridium. I wasn't able to declare war on the Drengin. It seems to be random races.
Have you changed any of the game's files at all? I had this happen when I was messing with the Planetdef.xml (I think) because some values didn't match up.
I'm actually pretty happy with modding my home solar system to start with level 26 planets :D I don't use the all biospheres thing all that much. Mostly for when there's this awesome adjacency bonus that I just have to have!
It's pretty easy to mod the xml so that Biospheres is reusable ;)
Also # of moves left!
Yeah the ai is dumb as dirt still, in every aspect. I'd personally like to have each race have a cap on the lowest quality planet it will colonize. Like, Yor will colonize down to level 5 planets, Altairans to Level 8, etc.
Is your economy in the positive? If you're below a certain amount of $, it will cancel a lot of your projects. Alternately, have the shipyards been Shut Down? Maybe they need to be resumed. You can also check and make sure your military production isn't set to 0.
Will the dogs and the frogs be allies or enemies? ;)
Same is happening to me in my Immense game. Playing as Terran.
I'm curious as to why you only have 5 planets after 100 turns? Were there not very many habitable ones nearby?
Thank you, it's driving me crazy :)
Here's my original post on the problem a while back-- https://forums.galciv3.com/460821/page/1/#3519088
Yep, if you get too positive, you go negative instead. It's happening in a lot of places, including the Power and Battle screens. Hope they fix it soon.
I have a save file, but it's really far along in the game and I have no idea where the problem started.
I'm looking forward to this one getting fixed. I keep having to decommission ships to keep the Drengin off my heels :)
I had the same problem with declaring war on the Drengin. I waited 100 turns to make sure it wasn't that trait, and I still couldn't attack them.
Thank heavens! That influence bug was liable to drive me batty!
The influence problem is driving me nuts too. I've abandoned 4 Immense games partway through because it just pissed me off so much. Please fix it soon!
Submitting without attaching files worked. #TQF-780-26452 I'll email the files when they ask for them.
Depends on how their tables are set up, but hopefully they'll be able to easily change them all to int64, which will fix the problem.
Yeah all the values are maxed out at 2.14....million or so. Military power, ship power, credits, population, etc. Once they hit the max (look up int32) it wraps to the max lowest, -2.14 million or so.
Yes I was at the support site. I'll do an email later on.
Yeah, I tried, and kept getting an error when submitting the ticket. Something about a cross-site forgery?
