OK, thanks. Does the ICQ Plus replace my icq, or add onto it? Is it a mem hog?

I have ICQ Pro 2003a. How do I install skins that aren't exe files?? in Stardock Software WinCustomize Forums

I've downloaded some skins, but they aren't exe or zip files. They are IPZ(?) files. I open with winzip, but there's no exe, which I believe I'm supposed to run to install the skin. Just a bucketload of BMPs, etc. Where do I put them? Thanx
