Stardock Forumsi have it configured like you have, but for me it's not working fine. i have just reinstalled fences but still can't create or move icons inside fences....

I have same problem with 360 Internet Security as you have. Will try to do your fix to test if it works correctly after that. I have the latest fences version installed.
