Multiplayer DLCs lift restrictions in Galactic Civilizations III GalCiv3 Forums

Hello, It is hard to get friends to play this game when the cost of getting the full unlimited edition is ~80 euros . If I have the full game(all dlc's) I should be able to host a multiplayer game and my friend should just need the basic game and get access to them while in my game. The company would still get to sell the game to a new player instead of getting nothing. This approach is used by games like Stellaris, which is a mess of game , full of bugs but playable
