Yes I have admin, im running a Radeon 6750 but had an R9 270x and it still wasn't working. Latest catalyst drivers installed. I installed it standalone, and through Object Desktop and rebooted with the installs and uninstalls.

however i am still encountering the issue [e digicons]#:([/e] any suggestions on what i could do? or another thread maybe that has a solution?

WindowsBlinds 8.02 and Windows 8.1 not working in WindowBlinds Stardock Forums

I tried using WindowBlinds on my desktop and found that no matter what theme i apply, and no matter how many times i uninstall, reinstall, restart, and so on, i cannot get the program to work!! No themes will apply to my system, and I cannot seem to find the root of the problem. Does anybody have any fixes for this on Win8.1?
