Activate of Fences Blocked in Fences Stardock Forums

Hi, I've bought Fences and Deskscape. The activation of Deskscape was ok. But regarding the activation of Fences, the system doesn't recognize my account, my email or my activation code. I created a helpdesk ticket and no answer until now. Thanks for any help. Stéphane
