Uninstalled it, used CCleaner to remove any old files and reinstalled and it works.

I clicked start trial and I'm in the config window. I closed the config window, restarted and nothing.

I've just installed the trial of this because I want to check it out before I buy it. I've installed it and restarted yet the start button has not changed from the Windows 8.1 Start Menu. Is there anything I have to do to get this to work?
