Your order number is: 2413044 I made the purchase yesterday and now in my downloads it says my subscription expired the same day I made the purchase? Object Desktop Subscription - Expired: 1/3/2013 I also opened a support ticket yesterday, but as of today - no response on it - it still sits unacknowledged. Can I get assistance here? </p
