i think how you do borderless window mode is disable fullscreen then make rez 1920x1080. its what i do works well enough as far as i can tell. from what i know is that preformance is yes you do get wrose but i think it has to do with the way windows handles a window vs fullscreen (resource allocation)
i have added another mod as well as edit a bunch of the font sizes to make them more consistent. DarkNeuron's Balance Mod Author: DarkNeuron Category: Balance <span style="font-size: med
i think if you spent alittle more time you could make thme an interesting faction perhapbs they are a bunch of cute creatures that are the most vicious mother fuckers ever created. :P yea its ironic and cliche but i think that picture deserves more. maybe they are obssessed with shiny objects and canabilizing eachother? seems interesting :D

so ive added a tools section along with a 4 or 5 mods i am happy with the new format as an added bonus i don't have to constantly update it. edit: i have also included Sorentofts mods as one entry since they were all tweaks if that changes ill edit the entry accordingly. this will probably be standard poicly for when there are alot of mods instead of posting them 1 by 1 especially if they are all located on same thread.

Personally, I think at this stage, at least for mods that are still a work in progress it would be better just to provide a link to the mod thread, with the Author, Catagory, etc.. That way you won't have to keep changing the link every time the m
so anyways because of the sheer amount of potential mods and that id have to update the download links hjere as well every time somthing is changed i am debating if there is better way to do it because i dont' want to list to be to huge or its harder to use then going to each thread in some ways. removed due to edit added all of these not final edit but close enough :P thanks for submitting them i don't k

so something irritated me when i looked at the forum as of now. (steam workshop isn't available yet) there is no place to find currently mods made for the game specifically the faction mods. and even after workshop is added i think people might appreciate a place to find them here on the forums. i apologize if someone has already done this and i missed it i checked and didn't see it. (ive dones this kinda thing for another game on another forum) so at least until its released steam wo

[quote who="BigBadB" reply="2" id="3551994"] Quoting , quoting post Is there a hard coded limit to the maximum PQ of a planet? If so, what? If I recall correctly, this came up on one of the dev streams and the answer was that it's only limited by the size of the planet map (which I think is 3 row

so sort of like how civ 5 makes you build courthouse (i think) on a captured city before you can effectively take advantage of the city. (a very good mechanic imo.) yea i agree should be something to prevent them from being immediately but i think more than influence should be affected. you just dismantled the government, military and hostilely took control of everything makes perfect sense that there is alot unrest and the planet should be vulnerable for a bit. due to implementing th

im no modder but i was curious so looked up alternatives to bink program http://theora.org/ https://ffmpeg.org/ https://xvid.com/ i know one of them appears to be open source but the rest im not sure the restrictions. i was curious if the devs one of these would work if the devs implented it? though it if was that easy they probably solved it by now. :P
i see this and my "OCD" (in the loosest sense) tells me that there should be portrait above the name and their applicable forum names. this adds a personal element as well as ability to draw a picture of who each staff member is makes it feel more "intimate" and ofc look more professional.[e digicons][/e]
