Running windows 10 latest update 21H2 build 19044.2130 and start11 v.1.31 just downloaded

Hello. I have this persisting issue that when windows starts everything looks fine but after a second the taskbar switches to blank To get the icons back on the taskbar i have to go into start11 and turn taskbar search on and off. I have tried to reinstall start 11 but it stays the sa
