I can’t pin more than 20 items to start10 start menu in Start Menu Products Stardock Forums

hello, I’ve had this product from Stardock since its inception. Ive configured it to allocate enough space for at least 22 items. However, every time I pin a new item to the list, it knocks out one of the old items. Whatever I do, it seems to only allow 20 pins at any given time. Please help. Thank you.
