I personally dont care... PNG or targa...but other people might because the latter isnt compatible with a host of programs as is the former.

Without windowblinds (www.windowblinds.net) I dont think you can find, let alone modify the start button as its not in an editable format...(hidden away within a dll or something) With windowblinds, you can change your start button and lots more... [Message Edited]

I also said it depends what your doing and IF it's worth the money, and photoshop is undeniably worth every penny Provided you use every single feature in it...Which I highly doubt Kona will ever do... Unless you have the urge to spend $600, I dont think its worth it...

I don't know if this would seem deceptive, but what about having the ads say: "Subscribe to WinCustomize for only 84 cents a month!*" Deceptive? Not really...Theres no hidden charges/unexpected rate increases... It sounds like a good idea to me...
