I disagree, not even most of the stuff here is junk - it's all relative Which is more artistic? The Mona Lisa, or a paint splat? True, both can be considered 'art' but I think we both know which we'd rather see on display.

Yes, a year ago I remember... We had a bunch of high quality (not to say that there arent any good ones out there now) artists...Now adays... I dont look at the wallpaper section as much as I used to, nor am I as excited as I once was when I saw there was a new submission... Things have changed... For some reason, when Im dealing with the layers of a certain image in PhotoShop (7) and I try to add some layer effects (drop shadow, bevel, etc), the little 'eye' to the left of the 'Effects' text on the layers window is greyed out and no effects are visible... Even if I click the 'eye' nothing happens... Whats going on here?
