FYI Using programs that "clean-up" your computer is one of the most dangerous things that you can do. It almost always causes irreperable damage if you don't know what you are doing. I recommend backing up your system to a seperate partition and/or DVD-R using a program such as Acronis True Image and then back up your e-mail, documents etc. to a separate partition and/or CD-R/RW. I also recommend frequent System Restore Points if using
