For me the AI becomes passive in the lategame. Not defending nodes, not moving out, almost not building units, not repairing destroyed mines. Will defend to a extent when attacking their main base, and even move a few units out, but never again the pressure early game. (I play 6player skirmish vs AI 2v2v1v1) I also have the wonky shadows (blinking)
