(Running XP:Home) I'm new to skining my desktop. I installed a skin for windows blinds. And put a matching back ground with it which is mainly black. My text bellow icons on my desktop was black so I changed 'display properties' /desktop/colour to black and it made the text white again, how i wanted. But every time i restart my pc it gets rid of my change and makes the text black again. What do I do?
