Y'know, the SKS process brings up bugs with skins. It converts the XP tga's to bmps, loosing the per-pixel alph blending. It also converts fonts and colors poorly.

Try turning off the Office plugin within Norton an that should do the trick. (and by the way, I think Symantecs products suck).

I'm updating my long lost skin, Easteria, with all problems that I can find to be fixed. I cant seem to figure out why if I use magic pink on the logoff buttons bitmap, after I reload skin it has black border around it. Please help. If you need an s/s I will provide!

I just got XP, and everything is happy (I had the DX probby too). NOT A SINGLE CRASH YET!!!! Also havnt needed to reboot yet, and with 98se I had to do so ~40 times a day. The $89 was well spent. Will never regret it!

Ive done that too... Its fun! You can go into task manager and send someone a message so it pops up when they next log on to that computer, too.

I dont like the new format either. I tend to like my miniature 20 gig drive because it takes less time to do ScanDisk. Its really fast with CheckDisk. It seems to take less time to defrag too.

Ever since I installed XP ive had no probbies.. Okay, Ive had a virus, but thats a different story. Ive had Windows Explorer crash once.
