Here's a weird one: I go into Stardock Central 2, and click on RightClick to install it. A little box appears saying RightClick requires Windows 98 or later to be installed. NO DUH! Guess what I'm running dummy?!

My first one is nothing compared to yours. I waited to get a reeeeeeeeeeeally good one, that was (back then) a Gateway 4DX2-66V. Cost me $2,000+!!! 'Twas 66MHz (w/ turbo on) and 8 mb ram, 1mb video, sound blaster,Win 3.11, 444mb hd. I thought it was blazing then! Now I have a Gateway Performance 500 with a 500MHz PIII, 384 MB RAM, 256 MB GeForce FX 5200, SoundBlaster Live! Value, and DVD/CD burner.

The preferences page has very few options, one that's not mentioned here is that you can't change the prefix before your nick. I would like a color chooser back. Other than those, it's great. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/congrats.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmidd

I have NEVER had a single problemo with my five- year old GW. Relatives that I recommend them to just love them. ToJo's problems have never happened to anyone I know. Go into BestBuy and try them out. Or whatever you have near you, like CompUSA.

Look at the Gateway laptops. The least expensive one that can play DVDs and burn CDs is $999 for a limited time. It also has a Pentium processor, which is the best for you if you are mobile computing. Its +$370 to burn DVDs. You should look at all of the options you can choose with it. Its the Gateway M405X at Link If you want something more powerful
