You make it sound easy so how do I get started? I have adobe photoshop 7 and bryce 5. Just create a wallpaper? Is that a good start?

I have read all the rules. Some I don't agree with but abide by anyway. I know who the moderators are. I don't get along with Jafo because of a comment he made a few weeks back. On the flipside I do not get my wallpapers here. I get them at digitalblasphemy.com and deviantart.

You all have no idea. I am microsoft certified but i hate windows. ME treated me better than XP and took up way less memory. And it is hard to skin. Exactly what I want.

I determine my individuality as this: My IP adress is different than yours. I could care less what my computer lokks like as long as it works. After all, all I use it for is watching a movie every now and then and web/email. my HD is probably about ready to crash. So as long as it starts, I don't care what it looks like. I lost touch with skinning after the Apple thing. Once all that was pulled from this site, I decided my PC will look like a PC and not a freaks nightmare.

Oh I'm done skinning my system. Matter of fact I think I will quit using XP and go back to ME. You guys blast anything you don't like but other websites don't. I think I will go play with byrce 5 now and see if I can come up with something of my own and hopefully no one has thought of it before me. Cuz then you all would have a hay day.

weirdness as in if someone isn't like you or using what you use to skin with or draw wallpapers with then they are a outcast. For instance: See what happens when someone mentions the word Kazaa.

So why take your anger out on me? What makes you so much better than me? Because you use stardock? Please. I'm tryin' to learn skinning but since no one wants to show me how to skin then screw it. Thats why I went to StyleXP. I will be happy to use Stardock again if shown how step by step.

I have ydock to make my icons zoom when I move my mouse over them. Works awesome. Take a look at my screenshot. See the dock on the top? Works just like a macs. I can and have created special menus. I don't like anything on my desktop except my taskbars. And pop up windows have never happened to me because my ISP blocks them and so does XP. AND BY THE WAY I DID NOT HAVE TO HACK MY WINDOWS .DLL FILES TO GET SYTLEXP TO RUN!!

I have been looking into it. In fact, if you ask anyone I know they would tell you I hate cars, gasoline, diesel, and anything else except nuclear power because it is all hurting the world. The reason my name is Kona is because I ride a Kona bicycle. takes me 20 minutes to get to work, and I stay in shape to. I have 2 cars and they sit around alot. My vehicles only cost me maybe $50 dollars a month. Maybe. My bicycle costs nothing.

Hey IPlural you saw my desktop? Actually no Stardock programs are being used. I am using StyleXP, ydock, and the wallpaper is from www.digitalblasphemy.com. I love that site.

Thats not the point c242. For me the point is I don't like running 5 programs (DX, Objectbar, Webblinds, Windowblinds, and Logonstudio) just to do one thing and one thing only, making XP look different. StyleXP does everything those 5 programs do and does it better.

Steer clear of anything pre-built i.e. dell, gateway, compaq, hp, ect. build it yourself. I forgot to add in my previous post this: any OS without the word Microsoft. (They Suck)
