Maxing out Tech is bad :( in GalCiv III Support GalCiv3 Forums

Not sure if it has been reported yet or if it is a known issue but here is what I found. Once you have wiped out the tech tree and try to run a turn nothing happens. You hear the sound like your ready for a new turn however nothing is built, produced, etc.

If you already have it then you have to put the themes you download into the right folder. Say you download an entire theme like the name would be "SorbetBlueIIBasic1024.dxtheme" then that would go into the folder named "Themes" in your desktopX folder. Then again there may be an option in the program to install them for you but That is just easier for me.
