Fences Labels in Fences Stardock Forums

How does one control whether the Fence label appears at the top or bottom of the fence? When I create a new fence, the title is at the bottom; when I move the new fence, the title moves to the top. I'm puzzled; I haven't found any reference to this in the support documents. Thanks in advance...
