While I do know that not all doctors (lawyers, mailmen, insert profession of choice) are bad, I have had a number of bad experiences with doctors and it does color my view of them. If they are serious about a transatlantic train I think the way to do it is to have people living down there. Find some industry or other that works well at the bottom of the ocean. Then it's not being done as a fancy way to get from one side of the ocean to the other, it's beind done to connect cities with the outside world for economic reasons.
