That is scary. Although I have to wonder how closly they stuck to their stated criteria of sending jobs oversea and/or using cheap overseas labor. A few of those companies are so large scale and do business in so many nations as it is how could they not employ people in other nations. Either way, that is alot of companies, and many of them I have bought things from over the years. Mayhaps I'll look into changing my spending habits as well...

I used to work at a technical support helpdesk type thing. Which is really just focused customer support. The company I worked for would be hired by other companies to run call centers. I didn't actually work for the company whose customers were calling me. And we had an office in India, which was rather odd. The reason given was because the time zone difference would allow them to work days and cover our nights giving us 24/7 support. Ok, I can buy that, except that we worked 24/7 here.

But what is an even more important number is the ratio of your time spent in game. So your 4 and a half days old. If that's from a week then that's alot, if that's from a few months then it's a less impressive number. Still a fair sized amount of time anyway you look at it, but the extra numbers would put it in better perspective.
