Sometimes the servers get confused and your logged in but your not logged in, or some such nonsense. When that happens you can't get to 'Manage Site Custom Links' or some of the other options, but if you log off and log back on it usually fixes that. But all fixed is all good

Quick answer, go to 'My Account' then 'Manage Site Custom Links' then select the heading you want to add a link under, then put in the url and title you want. Since you did it before it shouldn't be too hard to get it again. If you need more help feel free to ask.
