"While it’s true that this is a space-themed game where the ultimate goal is conquest of the galaxy, the play style is clearly more reminiscent of Sid Meier’s Civilization 2..." Civ2 is my all time favorite game. I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas. And I sure ain't no kid. LOL -Randy ~SDC~

The April issue of PC Gamer did have a little 3 line blurb about the game in their '2003 Mega-Preview' section. Not much, but better than nothing, I guess. :) Hope you guys have enough bandwidth for the download demand come 3/26. ;) -Randy

Do you think it's possible to develop bad habits by playing at a too easy level? In other words, would playing a ton of games at 'beginner' make it harder to develop good strategies for playing the AI at 'intelligent'? -Randy

Well, I'm a real newb here, but from what I understand you will get the 'Gold' version. Don't quote me on that. ;) If you downloaded the beta ages ago, I'm sure the Gold version is much more polished and your 'bug' (which your problem description sounds like) was probably fixed. -Randy
