It's just so silly. He admitted that he loved everything that was supposed to be loved about this game. The custom games are this game. You love the gameplay, so play custom games and forget about the campaign. MP only seems like a good idea, and as Frogboy said, it wouldn't have justified the cost to make it.

People need to have more respect, especially young people. I'm one of those young people, and I find it easy to have respect for people. I don't know what other's problems are! Glad to know that there are still good people who recognize this and get involved. I hope the youngun learned his lesson.

You might want to check out Allegiance. It's not exactly what you had in mind, but until you finish that project, it's pretty good Space Warfare... Better, I think, because it's a first person space shooter game with a twist. There's a commander who is basically playing an RTS game, gathering resources and ordering ships about the map, and everyone else is flying according to his plan. Hopefully. Anyway, check it out, if it's not something you're i

Actually, my first feature was such an article. I was very sad that other articles of mine were unworthy, and that that article was I thought I had a winner with Balancing Persistent Worlds (I can advertise my own blog on my own articles, right?) but nay.

According to this, he's a victim of a hurricane, not the government. I just hope he doesn't get penalized for his frivalous lawsuit. He's been hurt enough.

JU - All about the BBQ. Seriously though, you're right about the community, and that's what I'm hoping people start to realize. I was never read at all on other blog sites, and here I know at least someone is going to click on my article. You can get a lot more exposure before being a top blogger here than other sites. If you want to go somewhere else, go ahead, but you'll never be read like you will be here. So what if everyone has a diff

That's true. It all comes back to Congress and the people of the US. But the courts do have a lot of power to change things. Of course, if this woman who ruled this way went back to the constitution, I wonder where she'd find judicial review in there. Now who's playing with a power not in the constitution? No terrorists have been set free yet. I hope it stays that way, but IF they are caught by unconstitutional means, then they wi

Baker, you're right. I should research it more. If it's laws he wants changed, then he should go to Congress. But then, what was declared unconstitutional? Actions can't be declared unconstitutional because of a law... only because of the constitution. It doesn't make any sense anymore.

Even if an amendment happens, it would have to supercede parts of the Bill of Rights. People tend to like the Bill of Rights, so I would think people would get extremely upset if anyone tried to amend it to give us less rights. So it most likely won't happen. Are you thinking about the phone tapping laws? I believe the Constitution should have been interpretted to not allow phone tapping without cause anyway. It's freedom that the Constitu

So, the softball season is over. Last I blogged about it we were 2-3. Well, it turns out that this year, my team actually had some talent and skill on it. We lost the next game and went to 2-4, and then went on to win all the rest of the games! So we ended the season 11-4, in 4th place (potentially 3rd, not all the games have played out yet). So, in a 12

I'm not sure if anyone on JU owns a real estate company that owns buildings and rents them out, but if you do, you probably have business interruption insurance to cover loss of rents. You may remember from my last article that BI insurance only kicks in when there is property damage of some kind. So people moving out is NOT a loss of rents claim. T

Well, I've had a week to get used to not being the lowest man on the totem pole. I got my first files. I got a laptop. I got a key, and a security code. This is all very exciting, considering I have worked there with the slowest computer, no key(so I could get there and wait outside for the first person to arrive) and no files that were really mine. Of c
