Hybrid cars are more expensive than gasoline cars, and there isn't a good secondary market yet. Also, repairs are more expensive. Etc.
So, I tried it, and it was very horrible in that I messed up and thought that colonizing costs were for a single turn and they're repetitive costs. This did NOT go well... I will try again tonight with a more... conservative... colonization strategy.

I have access to retinues now but I don't have enough retinue points. Those seem very powerful, considering they're bigger than any levy I can produce.
