this skin I downloaded doesn't look right in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

There's this skin called Beacon that I have had on my computer for awhile, so today I get the full version of windows blinds and the skin looks all messed up, there's semi-transparent white boxes all over a lot of the buttons, does someone know what's wrong? Any help would be appreciated.
