Mining Starbase Income/Bonuses in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Hello All I am fairly new to this game (been playing for three days) and have what is, I hope, a simple question. I like to know everything about where my money and production are both coming from and going. For the most part this is served by the various screens and (occasionally unreliable) mouse over breakdowns.
