it is the same skin that i use and have no problem with Windows MOIO(Mind of its own) she has also tried the john wayne skin

I know who marmie1950 is, the problem she is having is that windows itself does NOT boot up after activating one of the boot skins,the safe mode page comes on and if you try and start up normally nothing happens, but selecting the last known configuration that worked,does, windows will then boot up but the boot up screen has been changed back to the original one.
