Hello all,newbie here I have just purchased a surface 8.0 rt which i have upgraded to 8.1 rt. I get msg saying that my tablet cannot run this app when i try to add Start 8 Can anyone tell me if there is a way to get my surface 8.1 rt to add and use a start menu? Thanks in advance for all help given
