I downloaded your skin and checked it out... the xp start menu has black text, and the background is black, so that creates a problem.. you may have not defined a color for the text in windowblinds, and that's why it is normal on your computer and not mine... hmmm... no offense meant, but have you ever seen a honda do 1200 horse power. I've seen a chevy. And I am American I have faith in anything made in america. For the most part all cars are of same quality. But i'm american so I will stick with a product I can faith in because it was made by fellow a american (not completely, but mostly).
