N00b Help with IPZ files in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I'm very very new at this. I have no interest in learning to build this stuff. There are way tooo many more talented folks out there that save me alot of time. As for my question. I just got DesktopX and by some sheer dumb luck I installed the Pixtudio theme. Tho I noticed it didn't change things like Wimamp and ICQ and such.
