I cannot do a thing with my start8 and media mix bundle. im not stupid but, it doesn't recognize my email or password and I HAVE NEVER found the serial numbers are they very long and two lines? ive found them but aren't called serial numbers I have tied EVERYTHING I am so frustrated ive had it for 4 days and spent over 20 hours on it and have nothing when I try to submit a work ticket I cant retrieve it because of invalid email</
