Pirate Mercenaries Question in Sins Rebellion Sins Forums

Hello everyone, it's is my debut to this forum (and to Sins as well). According to what I read from http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=136282114 I'm supposed to have an ability named "Pirate Mercenaries" in my broadcast towers after researching the corresponding tech. I don't have that ability and now I'm being attacked and I'm clueless about ho
